Discount Seamless Gutters has spent more than 25 years helping homeowners across Southeast Michigan protect their homes from water damage with better drainage, cleaner installation, and dependable local service. We are a family-owned company, and that matters because our work still depends on reputation, referrals, and doing the job right the first time.
We are not trying to sell homeowners on complicated nonsense they do not need. We focus on what actually matters: proper gutter sizing, correct pitch, durable materials, secure fastening, clean-looking lines, and a drainage system that moves rainwater away from the home the way it is supposed to. That is the whole game, and somehow a lot of companies still manage to botch it.
Whether a homeowner needs new seamless gutters, gutter repair, gutter cleaning, downspout updates, or gutter guard options, our goal stays the same. Make the house safer, make the system work better, and leave the property looking cleaner
than when we arrived.

Homeowners usually call us after dealing with one of three problems: leaking joints, sagging gutters,
or overflow that should never have happened in the first place. These issues can look small at first, but they often turn into fascia damage, wet basements, foundation trouble, landscape washout, and expensive repairs. A good gutter system is not cosmetic. It is one of the simplest forms of protection your home has.
A lot of gutter problems come from shortcuts. The wrong pitch. Weak fastening. Poor downspout placement. Low-quality material. Sloppy tie-ins. Too many seams. Installers who treat water flow like a suggestion. We do not approach the work that way.
We form seamless gutters to fit the home instead of piecing together short sections that create more leak points. That gives the system a cleaner appearance and reduces the number of joints where failures usually start.
Gutters are only as good as their slope and downspout layout. We pay attention to runoff, roofline shape, drainage pressure, and how water exits around the foundation so the whole system works together.
Some homes need a full replacement. Others just need cleaning, repair, realignment, or better protection from debris. We keep the recommendations practical and tied to what the home actually needs.
We handle the major gutter needs most homeowners deal with throughout the year, especially in Michigan weather where freeze-thaw cycles, heavy rain, leaves, and snowmelt constantly test drainage systems.
Custom aluminum gutter systems formed on site for a better fit, cleaner lines, and fewer leak-prone seams.
We repair leaking sections, sagging runs, damaged hangers, and drainage issues that keep gutters from doing their job.
Seasonal cleaning helps prevent clogs, overflow, standing water, and the gradual damage homeowners usually notice too late.
Protection systems can reduce debris buildup and cut down on maintenance for homes with recurring leaf and clog problems.
Better downspout placement and drainage direction can make a major difference in how water moves away from the home.
When an older system is too worn out to keep patching, replacement gives homeowners a cleaner, stronger long-term solution.
We look at the current gutters, roofline, fascia condition, runoff pattern, downspouts, and visible problem areas so we can understand what is causing the failure and what the home needs next.
Some homes need a brand-new seamless gutter system. Others need repair, cleaning, guard options, or drainage improvements. We recommend the option that makes sense, not the one that sounds most dramatic.
Once the plan is clear, we handle the work with attention to slope, fastening, clean appearance, and water flow so the system performs well and looks right on the home.
We finish by checking the installation, reviewing the result with the homeowner, and making sure the property is left in clean condition. That part should be standard, but it is worth saying because too many companies act like cleanup is optional.
We work with homeowners across Southeast Michigan who want reliable gutter installation, repair, cleaning, and gutter guard service from a local company that shows up and gets the work done right. If you are not sure whether your home is inside the service area, call and ask. That is still allowed. Not everything has to become an internet scavenger hunt.

Southeast Michigan homes deal with heavy rain, wet leaves, spring runoff, and winter freeze-thaw conditions that expose weak gutter systems fast. That is why custom seamless gutters, strong hangers, and good drainage planning matter so much here. A system that looks acceptable in a photo but fails during the first serious storm is not a good system.
We build and service gutters for real conditions, not brochure conditions. The point is to keep water moving away from the home, protect the fascia and foundation, reduce overflow, and help the property hold up better through the seasons.

The company provides seamless gutter installation, gutter repair, gutter cleaning, gutter guards, downspout improvements, and full replacement of aging gutter systems. The goal is to protect the home by improving drainage, reducing leaks, and moving water away from the foundation.
Seamless gutters have fewer joints than sectional systems, which means fewer leak-prone connection points. They also create a cleaner look along the roofline and can be custom formed to fit the home more accurately, which improves both appearance and long-term performance.

Yes. Sagging and overflowing gutters are common signs of improper pitch, weak fastening, clogs, or aging materials. The company can inspect the system, recommend repair or replacement if needed, and help restore proper water flow away from the home.
Gutter guards can reduce debris buildup and lower maintenance needs, but they do not make gutters completely maintenance-free. The right protection system can still help homeowners reduce clogs, overflow, and the frequency of manual cleaning.

“Just had a job completed by these folks and I am well pleased with work that was done and the people who I worked with. Richard K arrived on time for our estimate appointment and was quick and professional. He gave me a detailed quote sheet describing work to be done and price. My house is nearly 100 years old, and besides new gutters I wanted new fascia board installed and aluminized and vinyl covering on the soffit (overhang). The leader of the crew that did this work was very informative about what he was going to do, and we discovered that a small section of the sub-roof was damaged and covered over by the previous homeowner. He quickly quoted me a price for the extra work and did a great job. This crew worked in some pretty cold and nasty weather in November to get the siding job done before the heavy winter weather set in. The entire job is also about 25 feet up. As soon as the weather broke the gutter crew came out and was done in a day. My house looks great – the best it has since I bought it. Thank you for a super job!”
